WATCH AND READING ORDER · RESEARCHED TIMELINE

Halloween / Michael Myers

Compare the genuinely different Michael Myers histories, with film adaptations beside their source stories, licensed comics and prose, and the 1978-set game. Dates distinguish stated intervals from estimates; inaccessible comic interiors remain explicit research gaps.

WHERE TO START

Halloween / Michael Myers: watch and reading order

Choose the modern 1978 → 2018 → Kills → Ends route, the Jamie Lloyd / Thorn sequels, or H20 / Resurrection. Rob Zombie’s remake and Season of the Witch have distinct histories. Kills takes place in 2018; Ends separates its 2019 opening from the 2022 main story. Licensed prose and comics remain inclusive with qualifications, and the new game sits beside the original night as a reimagining.

Story order follows events within a history. Release order follows when works came out. Use the filters below to compare them; estimates and earlier scenes stay labelled.
